Stacy S. Temple
Stacy Temple has been a practicing attorney since 1989, bringing over three decades of focused expertise to residential and commercial real estate law across Hampton Roads. Born and raised in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, she earned her BA in Business Administration from Bridgewater College and her law degree from George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia.
Her practice spans the full spectrum of real estate law, including settlements, rezoning, title search, title insurance issuance, and variance and use permit applications. It is her deep focus on real estate settlements that has made her a recognized name in her field.
Stacy's connection to the firm began in 1997, and she became the sole owner of Temple Law Group in 2011. Today, she leads the firm with the clarity, precision, and seasoned guidance that only 35+ years in Virginia real estate law can deliver. She lives in Virginia Beach with her husband and two children, and is an active supporter of community and charitable organizations throughout the region.

Nelson Arellano
Nelson earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University (Class of '01) and his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law (Class of '15). He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
He focuses his practice on residential and commercial real estate closings, estate planning, and business formation, taking a practical, client-focused approach to helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate important decisions.
Outside of the office, Nelson enjoys spending time with his family, attending live music and sporting events, and getting out for the occasional round of golf.
